PhysicianPro is operated by LYFE ASIA SDN. BHD. (“we”, “us”), a company registered in Malaysia. By creating an account or using any PhysicianPro app — PaedsAnaesth, Smart ABG Interpreter, Prem Baby Age Calculator, Paeds LA Calculator, or any app we add later — you agree to these terms.

1. Who this is for

PhysicianPro is built for practising, licensed medical personnel. It is sold to individual doctors — there is no clinic, team or enterprise plan. You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account.

2. Your account

There is no password. You sign in with a one-time code sent over WhatsApp to your phone number, and that number is your account — the first time we see a number, that sign-in is also the sign-up.

We cannot move an account to a different number. If you change your phone number, lose it, or can no longer receive WhatsApp on it, you will need to sign up again on the new number. We cannot merge the two accounts, and the remainder of a paid year does not transfer to the new account. See our Refund Policy for what this means if you have an active membership.

One shared account covers every app. Your session stays signed in for up to seven days, after which you will be asked for a fresh code.

3. Membership and billing

The paid membership (“VIP”) is RM49.00 a year, billed in Malaysian Ringgit by card (Visa or Mastercard). The price shown at checkout is the price you pay — card-processing fees are included, and we do not add a surcharge. A time-limited campaign discount may lower this figure; it never raises it.

Each purchase currently covers a single 12-month period and does not renew automatically. If we introduce auto-renewing subscriptions in the future, checkout will say so plainly before you pay, and you will be able to cancel at any time before the next charge from your “Manage Plan” screen.

One subscription unlocks every capability in every PhysicianPro app, including apps that do not exist yet. We gate features by what they do, never by which app you opened.

You can review or cancel your membership at any time from the “Manage Plan” button in any app, which opens our payment provider’s billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewal; it does not itself refund a payment already made — see our Refund Policy.

If a payment lapses or fails, we do not lock you out mid-use: your saved data stays available read-only, and the paid features re-activate as soon as billing is put right.

4. Free access and “try it without signing in”

Every app offers a free tier, and a guest mode that needs no account at all. Guest mode is calculator access only — nothing is saved, nothing is exported, and no guest calculation is ever sent to our servers.

5. Medical disclaimer

PhysicianPro’s calculators, references and protocols are decision-support tools, not a substitute for clinical judgement. They are built from published reference literature and formulae, but every dose, result and recommendation must be independently verified by the treating clinician against the patient’s own circumstances and your institution’s protocols before it is acted on. You remain solely responsible for the clinical decisions you make. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LYFE ASIA SDN. BHD. accepts no liability for any outcome arising from the use, or misuse, of any calculation, reference or protocol in the app.

6. Acceptable use

Your account is for your own use. Do not share your sign-in, attempt to access another account, or use the service in a way that could expose patient-identifiable information to us — the apps are built not to collect it, and you should not attempt to enter it into any free-text field either.

What we collect and how we use it is set out in full in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

The PhysicianPro apps, their content, design and underlying software belong to LYFE ASIA SDN. BHD. or our licensors. Your membership gives you a right to use the apps; it does not transfer ownership of anything in them.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continuing to use PhysicianPro after an update means you accept the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
